Friday, May 23rd, 2008In a recent support call the user contacted us because she had to buy a new computer and “…can’t get the software off the old one..” to re-install. She is Spanish, so when she said her old computer was “..burned..”, we didn’t pay too much attention, thinking she had simply fried the hard drive, but, as it turns out… :)
