Announcing the release of SWiSH Presenter v1.2. This is a free upgrade from Presenter v1.0. This version has been in the forums for pre-release/testing so many of you will have been using it but this latest installer also includes the source SWI files which can be edited in SWiSH Max2.

Changes v1.0 to v1.2

• Converted .swfs will now use PowerPoint animations, transitions and slide timings unless expressly overridden. This means that converted .swfs will look and behave more like the source .ppt files.
• The SWiSH Presenter Settings panel has been simplified. You may now easily override the specific .ppt timing and transition settings using Presenter, or use the source .ppt settings unchanged.
• The old Presenter transitions are still provided to allow additional transition combinations not provided by PowerPoint.
• PowerPoint animations and transitions are converted as faithfully as possible.
• Use “[x] Advance on click” to pause individual slides on their first frame.
• Mouse click to advance slides with or without playback controls (however playback controls are still needed for keypress advance).
• Added support for Full Frame controls. See ‘Satin – Full Frame’ and ‘Minimalist – Full Frame’.
  Note: we have renamed previous “Full Controls” to “Nav Strip” to better describe these controls.

To assist people wanting to customize their SWiSH Presenter controls we’ve re-released the latest installer with source SWiSH Max2 (.swi) files. You will need to download the latest build of SWiSH Max2 to edit the SWIs and re-export the SWF controls.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of these SWI files we don’t offer support or documentation. We leave it up to you to work with the community to get assistance on any changes or improvements you may want to make. That said, the controls are logically structured, appropriately commented and not hard to work with.
